We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@essali.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the given address. We have different return addresses per region and will look for the best one depending on your location. We will provide return details & instructions per e-mail.

If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, all orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours, and shipping will take around 5-15 days business days depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
